Our customers are pleased with our low cost in the mass production line process which we achieve by incorporating high productivity molds (multi-cavity, high cycle). In addition, our products have a long life, reducing running costs by utilizing molds which have a far greater life than that expected by the customer. We have eliminated the need for an evaluation process by the customer at the start-up of a renewed mold.

We have taken part from the product development stage, providing a contribution to our customer. It is an appearance part as well as a part which combines use of an internal mechanism. We take the utmost care in molding the fit dimension parts which requires high precision control.

This a case example of resinification of parts previously made of metals. We contributed from the product development stage. We collaborated with resin manufacturers to incorporate results of flow analysis etc. to contribute to cost reductions and weight reductions through resinification, while maintaining the same strength and precision as metal. In particular, we were able to satisfy requirements for alignment and circularity which are factors to be overcome in resinification.

We created a cam profile of our specialist mold structure using our high precision mold technology as a weapon. This case example of manufacture also highlights our decorative techniques using specialist paints and shade painting technology in which we are familiar with optical characteristics. We aim for establishment of technology for the revision, creation and setting up of parts with a precision to a degree of μm, based on knowledge of parts requirements.

The key is precision molding with a high degree of cleanliness. We handle data in units of microns in the molded products inspection, realizing mass production control with a clearance width of 5μm. We achieve stable manufacturing with the development of our original take-out tool.

Optical parts must be molded in a clean room.
Control of black spots/white spots on molded components is important.
As it is a Fresnel lens created with our unique fine processing technology, handling and maintenance of the mold is difficult, and we pride ourselves on our maintenance capabilities.
